Creates the Michigan junior achievement fund in the department of treasury to provide donations to junior achievement organizations in Michigan for financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and workforce readiness programs.

Fund receives money appropriated under section 435 of the income tax act of 1967, plus any interest, earnings, and other donations received.

Department of treasury administers the fund for auditing purposes, with the state treasurer directing fund investments.

Distributions made to Junior Achievement of Michigan Great Lakes organization for further distribution to other junior achievement organizations throughout the state.

Fund money may be used as matching funds for federal grants related to financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and workforce readiness; unused funds do not lapse to the general fund at year-end.
