Amends MCL 324.40111a to require the Natural Resources Commission, after consulting with the Commission of Agriculture and Rural Development, to issue an order concerning deer and elk feeding in Michigan.

Defines "deer and elk feeding" as depositing, distributing, or tending of feed in areas frequented by wild, free-ranging white-tailed deer and elk to prevent starvation or for recreational viewing.

Excludes from the definition of deer and elk feeding: baiting for game hunting, feed scattered from normal logging or agricultural practices, agricultural feed storage with livestock consuming it daily or covered to exclude deer and elk, and bird or wildlife feeding done to exclude deer and elk access.

Repeals the section effective January 1, 2016.
