• Applies immunity to individuals presenting to health facilities for treatment of conditions arising from violations of Michigan penal code sections 520b to 520g (criminal sexual conduct).

• Clarifies that immunity granted under these provisions cannot be used to suppress evidence in other criminal prosecutions.

• For individuals previously sentenced to lifetime probation under possession statutes, allows probation officers to recommend discharge after 5 or more years served, or permits individuals to petition courts for resentencing.
