Amends MCL 777.16m to update the sentencing guidelines reference for firearm and weapon-related felonies enumerated in Chapter 750 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.

Includes sentencing classifications and statutory maximum penalties for 33 weapon offenses, ranging from Class A felonies (life sentence) to Class G felonies (2-year maximum).

Covers offenses such as firearm possession by felons, carrying concealed weapons, discharging firearms from vehicles or at dwellings, possession of armor-piercing ammunition, and improper storage of firearms.

Takes effect only if Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 5195 is enacted into law (tie-bar provision).
