Allows military spouses to apply for admission to the Michigan bar without examination if they meet specified requirements.

Applicant must be the spouse of an active duty armed forces member assigned to a duty station in Michigan.

Applicant must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in another state, territory, or the District of Columbia.

Applicant must be a graduate of an American Bar Association-accredited law school and have passed the bar examination in another jurisdiction.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment and is contingent upon House Bill 5288 of the 98th Legislature being enacted into law.
