Amends the County Juvenile Agency Act (1998 PA 518) by modifying section 2 (MCL 45.622) to redefine key terms related to juvenile jurisdiction and services.

Modifies the definition of "juvenile" to include individuals within the jurisdiction of the court under MCL 712A.2 and removes references to circuit court jurisdiction under MCL 600.606 (to be eliminated upon the effective date of repealing legislation).

References definitions of "county juvenile agency services" and "juvenile justice service" from the Social Welfare Act (1939 PA 280, MCL 400.117a).

Takes effect 90 days after enactment, contingent upon passage of House Bill 5317 or a related Senate Bill in the 98th Legislature.
