Authorizes the Department of Natural Resources to convey approximately 0.45 acres of state-owned property with improvements located in Sullivan Township, Muskegon County to Sullivan Township for $1.00.

Requires the property be used exclusively for public recreation purposes, with all residents and nonresidents subject to identical fees, terms, and conditions for access.

Grants the state the right to reenter and repossess the property if it ceases to be used for public recreation or is used for any other purpose.

Authorizes the Attorney General to bring legal action to recover the property if the township disputes the state's reentry rights and fails to surrender possession.

Directs the Department of Natural Resources to deposit the $1.00 conveyance revenue into the Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund and retain all mineral rights to the conveyed property.
