Increases sheriff fees for taking bonds from $1.50 to $10.00 and for certified bond copies to $1.00.

Raises fees for real estate sale certificates from $1.50 to $10.00 and certificate copies from $1.50 to $5.00.

Increases multiple service fees including: jail liberty bonds ($1.50 to $10.00), inventory/appraisal work ($10.00 to $100.00 per day and $5.00 to $50.00 per half day), inventory drafting ($1.25 to $10.00 per page), and foreclosure-related services ($50.00 to $75.00 for mortgage sales and $8.00 to $15.00 for sale adjournments).

Increases fees for posting foreclosure notices from $16.00 to $25.00 per posting and serving tax deed notices from $16.00 to $25.00 plus mileage.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment, contingent upon passage of House Bills 4924 and 5359.
