Allows prescribers to issue prescriptions for opioid antagonists to individuals at risk of overdose, family members or friends in position to assist, and school boards for use under revised school code section 1179b.

Permits dispensing prescribers and pharmacists to dispense opioid antagonists to entities other than patients if they act at prescriber direction, properly store the medication, dispense under valid prescription, and perform services without charge.

Requires the school board or other non-patient recipient to be listed as the patient name on the prescription when dispensing opioid antagonists to entities other than individuals.

Grants civil liability immunity to prescribers, dispensing prescribers, and pharmacists who properly store and dispense opioid antagonists for injuries or deaths resulting from administration or failure to administer the medication.

School employees who are licensed registered nurses or trained in opioid antagonist administration may possess and administer antagonists dispensed to their school board.
