Adds definition of "Physician Orders for Scope of Treatment" (POST) form to the Adult Foster Care Facility Licensing Act, referencing the definition in the Public Health Code.

Exempts residents enrolled in licensed hospice programs from the continuous nursing care requirement under the act.

Allows licensees caring for hospice-enrolled residents with do-not-resuscitate orders or valid POST forms to satisfy protection requirements by contacting the hospice program when the resident loses spontaneous respiration and circulation.

Requires adult foster care facilities to comply with medical orders on valid POST forms as defined under the Public Health Code.

Requires facilities unwilling to comply with POST form orders due to policy, religious belief, or moral conviction to refer or transfer the patient to another adult foster care facility.
