Changes "shall apply" to "applies" and "less" to "fewer" for grammatical modernization throughout Section 115 of the Worker's Disability Compensation Act of 1969.

Adds language clarifying that private employers include employers of employees under subdivision (g), establishing consistent coverage standards across subdivisions (a) and (b).

Adds new subdivision (g) requiring worker's compensation coverage for all workers at wood product processing companies in sawmilling or pallet-making facilities if 3 or more workers are employees or principals.

Updates agricultural employer provisions in subdivisions (d) and (e) to include employees under subdivision (g) and modernizes legal language from "shall" to "applies," "is," and "does."

Takes effect 90 days after enactment into law.
