MI HB5510

Adds new subsection (3) prohibiting pharmacists from disclosing to any person that a patient has a mental illness when dispensing prescription drugs for mental illness, with "mental illness" defined by section 400 of the Mental Health Code (1974 PA 258, MCL 330.1400).

Renumbers existing subsections (3), (4), and (5) to become subsections (4) and (5), and updates cross-references throughout to reflect the new numbering.

Changes mandatory language from "shall" to "must" in multiple provisions regarding prescription copy procedures, including requirements for cancellation records, copy contents, and marking of informational copies.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment into law.
