Allows juveniles adjudicated for prostitution-related offenses (MCL 750.448, 750.449, 750.450) to have their adjudications automatically set aside if they were victims of human trafficking.

Permits juveniles to apply to set aside up to 1 felony adjudication and 3 misdemeanor adjudications (or 3 misdemeanor adjudications if no felony adjudication exists), provided they have no felony convictions.

Requires applicants to wait at least 1 year after disposition or detention completion before filing a set-aside application, and prohibits set-aside for serious offenses including life felonies, assaultive crimes, weapon offenses, and vehicle code violations.

Establishes that set-aside adjudications are sealed from public disclosure but retained as nonpublic records available to courts, law enforcement, prosecutors, and the governor for specific purposes including employment screening and sentencing considerations.

Creates a $25 fee for fingerprint processing and makes unauthorized disclosure of set-aside adjudication information a misdemeanor; effective March 14, 2017.
