Amends MCL 600.5801 to revise the Revised Judicature Act of 1961 regarding statutes of limitations for actions to recover real property.

Establishes a 5-year limitation period for actions when the defendant claims title through a deed made by an executor, administrator, personal representative, guardian, conservator, testamentary trustee, sheriff, or court order.

Establishes a 10-year limitation period when the defendant claims title under a deed made by a state or federal officer authorized to sell real property for unpaid taxes.

Establishes a 15-year limitation period when the defendant claims title through a devise in a will, measured from the probate date.

Establishes a 30-year limitation period when the defendant asserts a claim based on adverse possession or acquiescence, and a 15-year period for all other cases not covered by the above provisions.
