State administrative board accepts real property in Battle Creek Township, Calhoun County from the city of Springfield for $1.00, contingent on reconveyance back to the city.

State reconveys the same property to the city of Springfield for $1.00 and releases the possibility of reverter created by 1969 PA 50 and 1974 PA 267 that restricted use to health care facilities.

City of Springfield must pay the state one-half of any revenue derived from mineral development on the property, deposited in the state general fund.

State reserves all aboriginal antiquities on the property including mounds, earthworks, burial sites, and mines, with right to enter and excavate.

State may reenter and repossess the property if it is used in violation of mineral revenue sharing or aboriginal antiquities restrictions, with no liability for improvements or contract compensation.
