Remove restriction preventing suspended pupils from attending strict discipline academies for more than the duration of their suspension, allowing them to remain enrolled beyond suspension period.

Allow pupils who no longer meet strict discipline academy enrollment criteria to continue enrollment at parent or legal guardian option, provided other applicable requirements are met.

Establish enrollment priority for siblings of currently enrolled pupils and guarantee re-enrollment for pupils who attended in the immediately preceding school year.

Clarify that strict discipline academies need not physically separate different categories of eligible pupils (e.g., expelled students, court-ordered placements, special education students).

Take effect 90 days after enactment into law.
