• Applies the reduced independent committee contribution limit to both Section 52 (candidate committee contributions) and Section 69 (statewide candidate contributions).

• Exempts bundled contributions delivered to statewide candidates from the independent committee contribution limits when properly attributed under Section 31.

• Penalties for knowing violations remain as misdemeanors: up to $1,000 fine or 90 days imprisonment for individuals, or up to $10,000 fine for non-individuals.
