Requires the Michigan Department of Military and Veterans Affairs to submit quarterly reports (January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1) to the governor and legislative committees on state veterans' facilities.

Reports must include staffing levels compared to industry standards, patient complaints with review times and responses, pharmaceutical drug distribution timeliness, and drug security measures.

Reports must document how patient money is accounted for, including the name and title of the individual supervising patient spending accounts.

Reports must include the number of facility resident deaths since the previous report.

Requires the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs to post all reports on its public website prominently; effective date is January 24, 2017.
