Requires wireless telephone service providers to serve orders issued under section 2950n as specified by Michigan court rules.

Obligates service providers to notify the petitioner within 72 hours if they cannot operationally or technically effectuate the order due to service termination, network technology differences, geographic limitations, or other circumstances.

Automatically suspends the order if the wireless telephone service provider provides notice of inability to effectuate it.

Makes the petitioner responsible for all financial obligations including monthly service costs and device costs upon transfer of billing responsibility and wireless telephone number rights.

Shields wireless telephone service providers and their employees from liability for actions taken in compliance with court orders or this section.
