• Permits employees to leave their current job and accept permanent work (part-time or full-time) with another employer or union referral without facing benefit disqualification.

• Wages earned with the new employer are credited to that employer for benefit charging purposes, and the unemployment agency must notify the previous employer of the wage transfer.

• Effective 90 days after enactment into law.
