Prohibits mental health professionals from engaging in conversion therapy with minors under the Michigan Mental Health Code.

Subjects mental health professionals who violate this prohibition to disciplinary action and licensing sanctions for unprofessional conduct under the Public Health Code (MCL 333.16221 and 333.16226).

Defines "conversion therapy" as practices or treatments that seek to change an individual's sexual orientation or gender identity, including efforts to change behavior, gender expression, or sexual/romantic attractions.

Excludes from the definition of conversion therapy: counseling for gender transition, counseling providing acceptance and support, identity exploration, and neutral intervention to prevent unlawful conduct or unsafe sexual practices.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment, contingent upon the enactment of House Bill 5668 or Senate Bill (number unspecified).
