Department of Natural Resources may convey approximately 1.50 acres of state-owned property in Cedarville Township, Menominee County to Cedarville Township for $1.00.

Property must be used exclusively for public recreation purposes with no differential treatment between resident and nonresident members of the public regarding fees, terms, or conditions.

State retains right of reentry and repossession if property use terminates or property is used for other purposes, with Attorney General authorized to bring legal action to recover the property if disputes arise.

Revenue from the $1.00 conveyance must be deposited into the Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund.

State retains all mineral rights to the conveyed property, and conveyance must be made by quitclaim deed approved by the Attorney General.
