Amends the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act to add a new definition of "primary public safety answering point" and renumber existing definitions in section 51501.

Requires the Department of Natural Resources to notify by telephone the township supervisor and primary public safety answering point (9-1-1 service) at least 24 hours before conducting a prescribed burn.

Prescribed burn notifications must include the location, expected date, estimated acreage, and the name, email address, and telephone number of the person in charge.

Violations of the notification requirement are not subject to penalties under sections 51506 or 51512 of the act.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment into law.
