Amends 1976 PA 412 to expand its scope from bee disease suppression to include protection of all pollinator species and establish a pollinator protection plan.

Requires the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to develop and implement a pollinator protection plan that promotes pollinator health and ensures a robust agriculture economy for honeybees and other pollinators.

Directs the department to establish an advisory group including beekeepers, agricultural producers, pesticide applicators, manufacturers, retailers, conservation interests, universities, and extension services to advise on plan development.

Requires the pollinator protection plan to include voluntary best management practices addressing communication between beekeepers and applicators, pesticide risk reduction, habitat increases, compliance with pesticide regulations, research needs, and education and outreach opportunities.

Mandates a report on the proposed plan to legislative agriculture committees, natural resources committees, and the governor within 1 year, with implementation status reported within 2 years of the effective date; the act takes effect 90 days after enactment.
