Amends Michigan's concealed carry law to add firefighters and medical first responders as exemptions to restrictions on carrying concealed pistols in specified locations.

Exempted locations include schools, child care facilities, sports arenas, bars/taverns, places of worship, large entertainment facilities (2,500+ capacity), hospitals, and college dormitories/classrooms.

Retired police officers, security personnel, private investigators, corrections officers, state police officers, sheriffs' posse members, auxiliary/reserve officers, probation/parole officers, judges, court officers, firefighters, and medical first responders are exempt from these carry restrictions.

Violations carry escalating penalties: first violation is a civil infraction with up to $500 fine and 6-month license suspension; second violation is a misdemeanor with up to $1,000 fine and license revocation; third or subsequent violation is a felony punishable by up to 4 years imprisonment or $5,000 fine.

Parking areas of restricted locations are excluded from the prohibition, and parents/guardians may carry while dropping off or picking up students in vehicles on school property.
