Adds a new 6-year statute of limitations for civil actions alleging sexual harassment as defined in the Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act of 1976.

Establishes 5-year statute of limitations for assault and battery claims involving domestic relationships, including spouses, former spouses, individuals with whom the plaintiff has a child in common, or persons with whom the plaintiff resides or formerly resided.

Establishes 5-year statute of limitations for assault and battery claims involving dating relationships, defined as frequent intimate associations primarily characterized by expectation of affectional involvement.

Extends corresponding 5-year statute of limitations to actions for general damages to person or property resulting from domestic assault or battery, and assault or battery in dating relationships.

Clarifies that for products liability actions where a product has been in use for 10 or more years, plaintiffs must prove their case without benefit of any presumption.
