Exempts individuals who obtained a master's degree in psychology before June 30, 2010 from board-approved examinations when applying for a limited license.

Requires limited license holders to maintain supervision by a psychologist with a full license, or alternatively by a psychologist with a master's degree and at least 3 years of experience, or other board-approved supervisor.

Prohibits limited license holders from advertising or representing themselves to the public as engaging in the practice of psychology, except when employed by governmental entities or nonprofit charitable organizations.

Issues temporary licenses to limited license applicants during their required 1 year of supervised postgraduate experience in organized health care settings.

Changes statutory language from "both" to "all" requirements for doctoral degree programs and corrects capitalization of organizational names (Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards, American Psychological Association, Canadian Psychological Association).

Takes effect 90 days after enactment.
