Adds new subsection (6) to Section 161 requiring individuals engaged in wood products manufacturing for more than 20 hours per week at a single location to be considered employees eligible for workers' compensation coverage, even if they would otherwise be excluded.

Defines "wood products manufacturing facility" to include operations that cut lumber, shingles, timber, pickets, wooden posts, logs, or spars, or construct wooden pallets.

Makes technical correction to subsection (n) regarding the Internal Revenue Service's 20-factor test by capitalizing "Department of Treasury" in the reference to Revenue Ruling 87-41.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment into law.
