Prohibits Michigan state agencies, political subdivisions, and their employees from using personnel or financial resources to enforce, administer, or cooperate with presidential executive orders that have not been affirmed by a vote of Congress and signed into law.

Prohibits Michigan state agencies and political subdivisions from using personnel or financial resources to enforce, administer, or cooperate with policy directives issued by the United States Department of Justice to law enforcement agencies that have not been affirmed by a vote of Congress and signed into law.

Applies the restrictions to any executive order or DOJ policy directive that has not gone through the constitutional legislative process of Congressional approval and presidential signature.
