Allows prescribers to issue prescriptions for epinephrine to school boards and authorized entities, and permits pharmacists to dispense epinephrine under these prescriptions.

Authorizes school employees who are licensed registered professional nurses or trained in epinephrine administration to possess and administer epinephrine dispensed to school boards.

Requires authorized entities acquiring epinephrine to designate an employee or agent responsible for storage, maintenance, and oversight; establishes mandatory anaphylaxis training requirements (initial training plus biennial refresher courses) conducted by nationally recognized organizations or department-approved providers.

Provides liability protections for prescribers, dispensing prescribers, pharmacists, trained authorized entity employees/agents, and training organizations when properly storing and administering epinephrine in accordance with the law; exempts administration of epinephrine from the definition of medical practice.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment and is contingent on passage of House Bill 6050; allows authorized entities to make epinephrine available to untrained individuals via locked containers with remote authorization from an authorized health care provider through electronic communication.
