Directs copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the President of the United States Senate, Speaker of the House, Michigan's congressional delegation, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the Canadian Prime Minister, Ontario's Premier, and the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission.
