Declares May 2016 as Bike Month in Michigan to recognize bicycling as a viable form of transportation, recreation, and fitness.

Recognizes that approximately two million Michiganders ride bicycles and that cycling tourists generate $668 million annually in economic benefits to the state.

Acknowledges Michigan's cycling infrastructure including over 2,700 miles of rail-trail mileage, 1,600 miles of mountain biking trails, 9 Bicycle Friendly Communities, and ranking as the 18th most Bicycle Friendly State.

Notes Michigan's cycling industry includes over 200 bicycle shops, 70 bike clubs, 30 bicycle-related industries, and designation of three U.S. Bicycle Routes totaling more than 1,000 miles.

Directs the House to transmit a copy of the resolution to the Secretary of State.
