Condemns state-sanctioned forced organ harvesting from prisoners of conscience in China and calls for immediate cessation of the practice by the Chinese government and Communist Party.

Demands an end to the 17-year persecution of Falun Gong practitioners and the immediate release of all Falun Gong practitioners and other prisoners of conscience in China.

Urges the President of the United States to conduct a full investigation into organ transplant practices in China and establish barriers to prevent U.S. citizens from obtaining organs through unethical means.

Encourages the U.S. medical community to raise awareness of unethical organ transplant practices in China and increase accountability and transparency in the organ transplant system.

Requires transmission of the resolution to the President, State Department, Michigan congressional delegation, and the American Medical Association.
