Establishes judges' salaries as a percentage of the Supreme Court justice salary as of December 31, 2015: Court of Appeals judges at 92%, circuit judges at 85%, probate judges at 85%, and district judges at 84%.

Implements an indexed salary increase mechanism where judges receive compounded aggregate percentage pay increases matching those paid to civil service nonexclusively represented executives and administrators effective January 1, 2016 and thereafter.

Maintains existing county supplemental salary provisions for circuit, probate, and district judges, with the state reimbursing counties $45,724.00 when counties pay that exact amount in additional compensation.

Specifies that probate judges in certain counties cannot practice law outside their judicial duties and that district judges may receive supplemental salaries from district funding units without exceeding maximum total salary limits.

Takes effect immediately upon approval by the Governor on March 8, 2016.
