Permits medical use of marijuana under state law when conducted in accordance with Michigan's medical marijuana act provisions.

Prohibits marijuana possession or use in school buses, school grounds, correctional facilities, and prohibits smoking marijuana on public transportation or in public places.

Bans operation of motor vehicles, aircraft, snowmobiles, off-road vehicles, or motorboats while under the influence of marijuana.

Restricts butane extraction of plant resin from marijuana plants in public places, motor vehicles, or residential structures, and prohibits reckless extraction methods that endanger public safety.

Establishes $500 fine for fraudulent misrepresentation to law enforcement about marijuana use to avoid arrest or prosecution, in addition to other applicable penalties.
