Amends secs. 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 9a, 9b, 9c, 9d, 10, 11, 12, 13 & 14 of 1965 PA 203 (MCL 28.601 et seq.) & repeals secs. 4 & 16 of 1965 PA 203 (MCL 28.604 & 28.616).
