Amends Michigan's sentencing guidelines under the Criminal Code to add sentencing classifications for 25 felonies under chapter 333 of the Michigan Compiled Laws relating to health and safety violations

Establishes sentencing categories and maximum penalties for offenses including purchasing or selling body parts, unauthorized organ removal, health professional misconduct, compounding pharmacy violations, drug adulterations, and marihuana sales violations

Creates graduated penalties for compounding pharmacy violations ranging from Class G (2-year maximum) for basic violations to Class C (15-year maximum) when resulting in death

Specifies drug adulterating and misbranding offenses with penalties escalating from Class G (2 years) for basic violations to Class C (15 years) when death results

Takes effect only upon enactment of House Bill 4210 of the 98th Legislature
