Amends MCL 777.13p to add 14 felonies to the Michigan sentencing guidelines, including violations related to private detective licensing, private security businesses, social security number disclosure, immigration services, boxing/mixed martial arts regulation, and unauthorized professional practices.

Establishes sentencing class categories (E, F, G) and statutory maximum sentences (2-5 years) for specified felonies enumerated in Michigan Compiled Laws chapters 338-399.

Adds unauthorized practice violations for residential building/contracting, public accounting, architecture, professional engineering, and land surveying, with enhanced penalties when serious injury or death results.

Includes violations related to school employee reporting requirements, improper use of school bond proceeds, and false statements in obtaining school district loans or bonds.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment and is contingent on Senate Bill No. 152 of the 98th Legislature being enacted into law.
