Requires employers who offer sick leave to permit employees to use it to address issues arising from sexual assault, domestic violence, or stalking affecting the employee or household members.

Defines domestic violence as causing/attempting to cause physical or mental harm, placing family members in fear, coercing involuntary sexual activity, or engaging in activity that would cause a reasonable person to feel terrorized or harassed.

Defines sexual assault as criminal violations of Michigan Penal Code sections 520a to 520l.

Defines stalking according to Michigan Penal Code sections 411h and 411i.

Allows employees to bring civil actions for damages or equitable relief to enforce the law, effective 90 days after enactment.
