Removes the word "school" from references to "school districts" in the regional enhancement property tax provisions of the Revised School Code.

Adds new subsection (4) making dissolved school districts that retain limited separate identity ineligible to receive regional enhancement property tax revenue.

Renumbers existing subsections (4) and (5) to become subsections (5) and (6) to accommodate the new provision.

Adds language requiring constituent districts with entities operating public schools under agreement to count those pupils in membership and transfer attributable tax revenue to the operating entity.
