Prohibits selling 2 or more identical drinks to one individual for a single combined price; each drink after the first must be charged at the same individual price as the first drink.

Defines "private function" as a prearranged event for a specific social or business occasion that is invitation-only, not open to the public, and held in a designated exclusive service area.
