Amends Michigan Vehicle Code Section 722 to expand the definition of "agricultural commodities" to include maple sap, maple syrup, and equipment used to produce maple syrup.

Vehicles transporting these maple products from the place of harvest or farm storage to the first point of delivery are eligible for a 10% increase in axle loading maximums, matching other agricultural commodity exemptions.

The exemption does not apply to vehicles using interstate highways or roads subject to seasonal weight restrictions during the restricted periods (March, April, May).

Establishes that agricultural commodities do not include trees or lumber, clarifying the scope of eligible products.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment into law.
