Establishes critical incident stress management (CISM) services in Michigan law to provide psychological support to emergency service providers (law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs, dispatchers, and rescue workers) affected by traumatic incidents.

Protects communications and records shared during CISM services as confidential and not subject to disclosure, subpoena, or introduction as evidence in civil, criminal, or administrative proceedings, with exceptions for imminent threats to safety, child/elder abuse, or when the provider consents.

Provides immunity from liability for CISM teams and team members for damages arising from acts or omissions in providing CISM services, except in cases of wanton, willful, or intentional misconduct or medical malpractice claims.

Applies only to critical incidents occurring 90 days or more after the law's enactment and took effect June 13, 2016.
