Requires school boards to hold at least 2 public hearings at least 1 week apart before adopting or revising sex education curriculum, with public notice given according to state requirements.

Specifies that sex education curriculum must discuss abstinence benefits, emotional/economic/legal consequences of sex, risks of pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections, parental responsibility laws, and how to resist sexual pressure and set relationship boundaries.

Prohibits distribution of family planning drugs or devices on school property and defines "medically accurate" as information verified by scientific research, published in peer-reviewed journals, and recognized by professional health organizations like the CDC; takes effect 90 days after enactment.
