Amends secs. 1104, 2801, 2803, 2807, 3206, 3207, 3209, 3614 & 3701 of 1998 PA 386 (MCL 700.1104 et seq.); adds secs. 3206a & 3206b & repeals sec. 3208 of 1998 PA 386 (MCL 700.3208).
