Authorizes tribal conservation officers employed by specified Great Lakes tribes to demand hunting, fishing, or fur harvester's licenses from individuals in the same manner as state conservation officers and law enforcement.

Requires tribal conservation officers to be in uniform, display proper credentials, and be on official duty within the ceded territory of the Treaty of March 28, 1836 to exercise this authority.

Applies to conservation officers employed by the Great Lakes Indian Fish and Wildlife Commission, Bay Mills Indian Community, Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians, Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians, Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians, and Little River Band of Ottawa Indians.

Takes effect June 6, 2016, ninety days after enactment on March 8, 2016.
