Authorizes disciplinary subcommittees to place restrictions or conditions on health professionals' ability to provide telehealth services if they violate consent or prescribing requirements.

Specifies that the legislation does not require insurance reimbursement for telehealth services, does not limit otherwise legal health care services, and does not authorize prohibited services.
