Requires the Michigan Department of Education to provide information to school districts, intermediate school districts, and public school academies upon request regarding career and technical education programs available to fulfill state requirements.

Mandates the department compile and post on its website best practices information including descriptions of career and technical education programs, successful program examples, partnerships with businesses and organizations, and ways schools have embedded required course content into alternative instructional delivery methods.

Requires school boards to ensure students receive information about fulfilling state requirements through career and technical education or department-approved programs, and provide the most recent "Career Outlook" pamphlet from the department of technology, management, and budget covering their economic forecast region.

Encourages schools to establish programs where completion of career and technical education is credited toward professional certificates, training, apprenticeships, or college credit in specific fields.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment.
