Requires food service establishments where solid foods are sold and consumed on premises to prominently display a poster in the kitchen area diagramming and explaining antichoking techniques safe for both adults and children, as approved by the department.

Mandates that food service establishments have at least one employee trained in the antichoking techniques described in the poster on premises when food is being served.

Clarifies that the law does not impose a duty on owners or employees of food service establishments to actually apply antichoking techniques to patrons.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment.
