Amends the support and parenting time enforcement act to authorize the title IV-D agency to initiate proceedings to set aside property transfers lacking fair consideration when support arrearage has accrued in friend of the court cases.

Allows the title IV-D agency to pursue voidable transaction remedies under the Uniform Voidable Transactions Act (1998 PA 434, MCL 566.31 to 566.45) or obtain settlement through full payment or periodic repayment of accumulated support arrearages.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment into law.

Does not take effect unless Senate Bill No. 982 of the 98th Legislature is also enacted into law.
